OrbaHealth is a wellness platform that analyzes blood test results and provides personalized supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Our services include biomarker analysis, body system scoring, wellness coaching content, and supplement guidance based on your lab data and intake information.
By using OrbaHealth, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information in your intake forms and uploaded lab reports; (b) be at least 20 years of age, which is the age of majority under Thai law (Civil and Commercial Code §19); (c) not share your account credentials with others; (d) use the service for personal wellness purposes only; (e) consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen based on our recommendations.
All content, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and visual designs on the OrbaHealth platform are the intellectual property of OrbaHealth. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without prior written consent.
Your uploaded lab data and intake information remain your property. When you upload this content, you give OrbaHealth permission to store, process, and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Services to you. For details on how your data is handled, see our Data & PDPA Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure the quality of our platform, we make no warranties (express or implied) regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided. You acknowledge that individual health circumstances vary and that general wellness information may not apply to your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbaHealth's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) THB 10,000. OrbaHealth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Refund policies will be detailed in your service agreement.
OrbaHealth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting our support team. OrbaHealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
